At Hometroop, we are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality home essentials. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you receive a damaged or defective product, our team is here to make it right.
1. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it has been shipped.

How to cancel: Write to our customer support team at Admin@hometroop.in.

Refund Timeline: Once the cancellation request is received, a refund will be initiated within 24–48 business hours.
2. Returns & Replacements
Please note that return requests are only considered for instances where a wrong or damaged product has been delivered.

Window: Requests must be initiated via the 'My Account' section of our website within 7 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition, along with original packaging.

Mandatory Documentation: To process a return or replacement, you must upload images of the invoice, the product, and its packaging at the time of the request.
3. Claims for Damaged/Defective Items
In the event of a defective or damaged item, Hometroop will promptly provide a replacement at no additional cost. To ensure a smooth claim process, the following details are mandatory:

Intimation: Claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Evidence: * Unboxing Video (Mandatory – Size up to 3 MB).

Image of the box (front side where the invoice is pasted).

Images of the SKU (front and bottom view).

Note: In the absence of these details, the claim is liable to be rejected.
4. Refund Process

The item will be picked up by our logistics partner and delivered to our warehouse.

Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.

The full process may take up to 15 days after the product reaches us.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

Damages caused by misuse or incidental damage.

Products with tampered packaging or labels.

Products returned without all original components.

Personalized or Customized products.

Spare Parts: No returns allowed. Only replacements are provided for defective or wrong delivery.
6. Incorrect/Incomplete Orders
For any incorrect or incomplete orders, please contact us at Admin@hometroop.in within 72 hours of receiving the order.
