At Hometroop, we are committed to providing high-quality and durable products designed for everyday home cleaning needs. All Hometroop mop sets come with a 6 Months Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
Warranty Coverage
This limited warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in the product
- Functional issues arising during normal household usage
- Defects affecting the intended performance of the mop set
- Damage caused due to factory defects under regular usage conditions
Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply in the following situations:
- Human-caused damage or misuse
- Physical damage due to dropping, hitting, bending, or improper handling
- Damage caused by excessive force, rough usage, or negligence
- Normal wear and tear from long-term regular use
- Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
- Damage caused by improper storage or harsh cleaning chemicals
- Broken parts due to accidental handling or improper assembly
Service Support
Our customer support team is available to assist with:

Warranty Claim Process
To request warranty service, customers must provide:
- Order ID or proof of purchase

After verification by the Hometroop support team, eligible cases may receive:

- Product replacement
- Service assistance depending on the issue and warranty eligibility
Important Note
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by the Hometroop support team. Hometroop reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the warranty terms and conditions.
